Trump Train News
Special Counsel Robert Mueller has handed down an indictment against 13 Russians and three Russian entities accused of "violating U.S. criminal laws in order to interfere with U.S. elections and political processes. The indictment charges all of the defendants with conspiracy to defraud the United States, three defendants with conspiracy to commit wire fraud and bank fraud, and five defendants with aggravated identity theft.
An interesting development is that the accused individuals allegedly initiated their criminal activities long before Donald Trump announced his intent to run for the presidency. The indictment reads: "from in or around 2014 to the present, defendant knowingly and intentionally conspired with each other (and with persons known and unknown to the Grand Jury) to defraud the United States by impairing, obstructing, and defeating the lawful functions of the government through fraud and deceit for the purpose of interfering with the U.S. political and electoral processes, including the presidential election of 2016."
The indictment also says that the Russians worked with ‘unwitting’ participants. If the participants were unwitting, it destroys the narrative that Donald Trump wittingly worked with the Russians. This looks to clear him of that. And lead to the conclusion that this ‘witch hunt’ by Mueller needs to end!
These individuals were acting to sow distrust and discord in the American electoral system; if the indictment is to be believed, they did so before Donald Trump announced his candidacy in June of 2015. At the time, the assumed frontrunners of the two parties were Jeb Bush and Hillary Clinton, meaning these individuals acted independently of the outsider candidate Trump, not in concert with his campaign. The media will spin this several different ways, but they can't spin the timeline, which is inconsistent with their narrative.
Rosie O’Donnell might be patient zero of Trump Derangement Syndrome.
The former actress and host of The View, who was eventually ousted by her colleagues, has relentlessly attacked Trump with nonsensical accusations and invectives.
Now O’Donnell might’ve finally gone over the edge with her latest slander.
O’Donnell has become completely unhinged.
She openly bribed members of congress via Twitter, she raised funds for a radical NSA contractor who leaked classified material, and now she’s claiming that Hope Hicks is having an affair with Donald Trump and covering up the abuse.
From BizPac Review:
Rosie O’Donnell is spinning conspiracy theories about the president again because … what else does she honestly have to do?
The actress on Friday fueled allegations that President Trump is having an affair, suggesting his lover is White House Communications Director Hope Hicks.
Disgraced former FBI Director James Comey did not inform the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence about an important meeting in his June 8, 2017, testimony. The meeting included President Obama, Vice President Biden, then-Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates and then ambassador Susan Rice. The meeting was documented by Rice in an email she sent to herself that has been partially declassified by the committee.
The meeting occurred on January 5th, 2017 and was convened to discuss Russian interference in the 2016 election. Comey's written testimony did not include a reference to the meeting, as it said,“I spoke alone with President Obama twice in person (and never on the phone) – once in 2015 to discuss law enforcement policy issues and a second time, briefly, for him to say goodbye in late 2016,” Comey said in his written statement.
It outwardly appears that the disgraced FBI Director fired by President Trump perjured himself before the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, which would make him guilty of a process crime, the sort which Mueller is looking to pin on Trump allies. The only collusion evidence that is currently known is that James Comey is himself omitting key facts to keep Americans in the dark, providing yet one more indictment against Obama era "transparency.”
Is the money queen of Democrat politics vacating her throne? Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) is said to be on her way, according to the Atlantic. “I would expect that we would have, win or lose, new leadership by January 1, 2019,” Rep. Bill Pascrell (D-N.J.).
Rep. Pelosi has been grabbing headlines recently, namely for calling $1,000 bonuses "crumbs". She has also made bizarre remarks confusing President Trump with President George W. Bush, who hasn't served as President in nearly ten years.
These gaffes, along with her audible verbal glitches have led some to question her health, as they wonder if she has health problems. “She would love nothing more than to win, and then she’ll get out,” the New Jersey Democrat said, saying that she wants to win back the House for Democrats one last time.
The former Speaker has been a fundraising powerhouse, bringing Democrats around $50 Million in donations last year, and she has raised far more in the past. If she retires from politics, fundraisers from both sides of the aisle are sure to miss her.
The President grabbed headlines sometime back when he took a jab at Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) calling her, "Pocahontas". This references her defrauding Harvard University and the voters of Massachusetts by representing herself as a Cherokee because she has a family with "high cheekbones", making her the first trans-racial Senator. She wasn't too happy about the President's joke.
“Now we have a president who can’t make it through a ceremony honoring Native American war heroes without reducing Native history, Native culture, Native people to the butt of a joke. The joke, I guess, is supposed to be on me."
She added: “Our country’s disrespect of Native people didn’t start with President Trump.” She went on to claim that the Pocahontas story is supposed to "bleach the stain of white genocide".
Warren also called it “deeply offensive” that Trump keeps a portrait of former President Andrew Jackson in the Oval Office, “honoring a man who did his best to wipe out Native people.” Fox noted in their story that Jackson's memory didn't seem to bother her much when she attended a dinner bearing his name in 2015. Elizabeth Warren can channel the outrage of other people all she likes. She is by some reports, one-thirty-second Native American; that still makes her thirty-one thirty-seconds a fraud, and Trump called her out for it. We are looking forward to watching her crumble to Trump in 2020.
The Senate Judiciary Committee is giving former Obama National Security Adviser Susan Rice until February 22 to answer questions relating to an email she sent to herself prior to exiting from the Obama administration. It occurred during President Trump’s inauguration. The email contains classified information, so it’s a partial disclosure from the Judiciary Committee, but it seems to show that on January 5, 2017, then-President Obama, Vice President Biden, then-FBI Director James Comey, and then-Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates had a meeting in the Oval Office about the fallout from the Russian interference in the 2016 election.
The letter was sent to Ms. Rice from the Senate Judiciary Committee, which included excerpts from her email. The meeting also reportedly centered on the Steele dossier, which has been exposed as an extensive opposition research project subsidized by the Democrats and the Hillary Clinton campaign and executed by a research firm—Fusion GPS—who hired a former British spy to get dirt on Trump. The dossier was also used to obtain a FISA warrant on Carter Page, a former foreign policy adviser to the Trump campaign.
Sens. @ChuckGrassley and @LindseyGrahamSC want to know why SUSAN RICE emailed herself on her last day about a Jan. 5 meeting with Comey, Yates, Obama, Biden re: Russia.
Failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton wants women to #raiseyourvoice, though she struggled to heed the slogan as she fought back a coughing fit during this week’s “The MAKERS Conference.”
The conference – inspired by Gloria Steinem, Lena Waithe and the “Time’s Up” movement – ran from Monday through Wednesday to celebrate all kinds of liberal feminist “MAKERS,” from outspoken actress Lena Dunham to Clinton, Martha Stewart and Oprah Winfrey, through panel discussions and other programs.
On Wednesday, Clinton streamed into the conference on a live feed from New York to give closing remarks, though she struggled to contain a massive coughing fit – a problem that plagued her throughout the 2016 presidential campaign.
“I pledge to continue to speak out. I pledge to never give up …,” Clinton said as her voice trailed off and she began hacking into her hand.
Sen. Mark Warner had “extensive contact last year” with lobbyist Adam Waldman in an effort to set up a meeting with Christopher Steele, who wrote a phony dossier on then-presidential candidate Donald Trump, Fox News reported.
The Virginia senator, who is the top Democrat on the Senate Intelligence Committee, had frequent contacts with Waldman, who runs the Endeavor Group, a Washington lobbying firm that worked with a Russian oligarch named Oleg Deripaska in 2009 and 2010.
President Trump on Friday weighed in on the report.
Wow! -Senator Mark Warner got caught having extensive contact with a lobbyist for a Russian oligarch. Warner did not want a “paper trail” on a “private” meeting (in London) he requested with Steele of fraudulent Dossier fame. All tied into Crooked Hillary.
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) February 9, 2018
Fox said secrecy "seemed very important to Warner as the conversation with Waldman heated up on March 29, 2017, when the lobbyist revealed that Steele wanted a bipartisan letter from Warner and the committee’s chairman, North Carolina Republican Sen. Richard Burr, inviting him to talk to the Senate intelligence panel.
On Wednesday, MSNBC "Morning Joe" host Joe Scarborough admitted that the majority of Americans agree with President Donald Trump's views on immigration and do not agree with the views of the Democrats, media, and elites.
"A lot of people in the media may not like it," Scarborough began. "I talk about this massive disconnect between where Americans are on immigration and where the media is on immigration, where elites are on immigration."
"Most Americans agree with Donald Trump and Stephen Miller’s view of immigration," Scarborough continued.
"Whether you want to call it chain migration, whether you want to talk about the lottery, whether you want to talk about only wanting highly skilled immigrants in this country," Scarborough explained. "There have been a lot of polls out over the past couple weeks and none of them are good news for Democrats."
Delaware senator Tom Carper admitted to slapping his wife in a 1998 interview with a veteran political journalist in the state, confirming an accusation he denied when first running for Congress.
Carper represented Delaware first in the House, then was elected governor in 1993, and has been in the Senate since 2001. He fought the accusation that he hit his wife when it first emerged during his 1982 run for Congress, saying it was "without basis in fact" and pledging to sue the New York Post, which first published the accusation in 1982, for libel.
Carper won in 1982 largely by attacking his Republican opponent for his "vicious" efforts to "smear" him and his wife, but 16 years later he admitted to Delaware reporter Celia Cohen that the accusation was true all along.
"Did I slap my wife 20 years ago? Yes," Carper said. "Do I regret it? Yes. Would I do it again? No."
A memo that is purported to show government surveillance abuse and was at the center of an intense power struggle between congressional Republicans and the FBI has been declassified ahead of its expected release later Friday, Fox News has learned.
According to sources, the memo includes testimony from a high-ranking government official that without the infamous Trump dossier, the FBI and DOJ would not have secured surveillance warrants to spy on at least one member of the Trump team.
It also claims the FBI and DOJ used media reporting to lend credibility to the dossier, while the firm behind the dossier, Fusion GPS, briefed major American news outlets to include New York Times, Washington Post, CNN, New Yorker, Yahoo and Mother Jones.
The memo shoes that after former British spy Christopher Steele was cut off from the FBI, he continued to pass information, as did Fusion GPS, through Justice Department Official Bruce Ohr. Ohr’s wife Nellie began working for Fusion GPS as early as May 2016.
Remember when John Kerry testified before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and compared American soldiers to Genghis Khan? We do. See, John Kerry has quite the checkered past and has some funny ideas about right and wrong. One would attribute that to youthful folly, but he just won't quit. Now John Kerry is telling pro-terrorist Palestinians how to subvert American foreign policy under President Trump.
According to the Israeli newspaper Ma'ariv, Kerry told an emissary of Palestinian President Abbas to "hold on and be strong …that he should stay strong in his spirit and play for time, that he will not break and will not yield to President Trump's demands." He also told them that Trump, "would not remain President for long" and that they should stick to attacks on Trump personally, allegedly use derogatory terms to describe Trump. Kerry is clearly urging Abbas to pander to anti-Trump sentiment in America and Europe.
John Kerry hasn't had this much fun since he tossed his medals over the White House fence. This is the same man that traveled the globe to sell the Iran Nuclear Deal, where billions were bestowed on an Iranian regime intent on the destruction of Israel. The only question we have is whether John Kerry is a traitor. or does he just hate Israel that much? While we cannot be certain, his true colors are plain to see.
WASHINGTON — Kansas Republican Sam Brownback, one of the most unpopular governors in the country, narrowly survived a vote to confirm his bid for a big Trump administration job on Wednesday, as Vice President Mike Pence broke two ties that kept his nomination alive.
“I’m glad to have the vice president in my corner,” Brownback told reporters seconds after Pence cast the tie-breaking vote.
By the slimmest of margins, two dramatic party-line votes in the U.S. Senate on Wednesday cleared the way for Brownback’s confirmation to an at-large ambassadorship for international religious freedom, based in Washington, D.C.
The 50-49 votes ended a frustrating six-month wait for Brownback — a favorite of Christian conservatives for his views on same-sex marriage and abortion who has had a divisive tenure as governor of Kansas — who was nominated for the ambassadorship by President Donald Trump in July.
A new report says pro-Trump commentator Ed Martin is no longer with CNN.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Martin recently got the axe from CNN, where he had been employed as an on-air contributor since September. Left-wing media site Media Matters reports that Martin hasn’t been on CNN since he called fellow network commentators “black racists” and “rabid feminists” on his radio show last month.
Martin reportedly said, “What happens when you’re trying to drain the swamp, is the swamp fights back. And so when I was in Washington, D.C., last night, and you might have seen it if you saw it, it was a hot night, a hot topic. It was a wild panel, we had two or three people on there that were just rabid feminists, actually racial–racists, two of the women were racists, they were just racists, black racists. Everything that you say is going to be called racist. I mean, it was outrageous, but anyway…”
This is the second time CNN has parted ways with an on-air pro-Trump commentator after controversial remarks were made.
Schumer's Shutdown shows Democrats care more about illegal immigrants than sick American kids. The math is simple. American kids in the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) may well vote one day. However, Democrats' goal for DACA is full amnesty, meaning that 3.6 million, not the 800,000 that is often reported, many of whom are of voting age, could be in the pipeline for future Democrat electoral successes.
Democrats have been complaining about CHIP funding's expiration for months. Speaker Ryan (R-Wis.) compromised, putting forth funding in the short-term spending bill for six years, which was less than the original ten requested by Democrats. Republicans would like to include CHIP in any entitlement reform, and therefore would not like to perpetuate the status quo on CHIP longer than necessary, yet the Speaker offered this to entice wayward Democrats to fund the government. House Minority Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) called this move "doggy doo".
The House of Representatives passed a bill that funds the government for a month, including the 6-year funding for the CHIP program; the Senate, where Schumer's Democrats control 49 seats seems unlikely to pass the same bill. The DACA program expires on March 5th, yet Democrats are more concerned with extending that program than funding CHIP or keeping the government funded as they scream about poor people's pain that they themselves are inflicting. This leads to the conclusion that Democrats care more about illegal immigrants than sick kids, as Democrats are using both groups the to gain and consolidate power.
President Trump made history on Friday as he spoke in a live video address to the hundreds of thousands of pro-life activists from the White House Rose Garden.
“The President is committed to protecting the life of the unborn and he is excited to be part of this historic event,” White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said Wednesday.
Last year, Vice President Pence and White House Counsel Kellyanne Conway spoke at the March for Life. This year's direct address from the White House shows unprecedented support for the March, in conjunction with last year's high profile speeches.
“The Trump administration is already shaping up to be the most pro-life in history,” David Daleiden told LifeSiteNews, the founder of the Center for Medical Progress. CMP praised the Trump Administration, saying “So many Americans are grateful that the Department of Justice is now doing its job with Planned Parenthood under federal investigation for selling aborted baby body parts.”.
Fr. Frank Pavone, President of Priests for Life US said of Trump, “I believe history will show him to be the greatest pro-life president we have had. His courage and direct way of thinking and his problem-solving mindset are serving the cause well.”
Washington (CNN)Steve Bannon has struck a deal with special counsel Robert Mueller's team and will be interviewed by prosecutors instead of testifying before the grand jury, two people familiar with the process told CNN. He is expected to cooperate with the special counsel, the sources said.
The sources did not say when the interview will take place or if the subpoena would be withdrawn.
Bannon, the former White House chief strategist for President Donald Trump, is expected to talk openly to Mueller's team. Bannon's attorney told the House Intelligence Committee on Tuesday that Bannon would answer questions when he goes to the special counsel because executive privilege would not apply, according to one of the sources.
A spokesman for the special counsel's office declined to comment.
"LIBERAL JACKASSES" take more care of Pets and Animals than they do of The Life Which God has given women and men as part of their Marriage. God ordained Marriage for One Man and One Woman!
They claim that a woman has the right to do what they want with their own body. "LIBERAL JACKASSES" fail to see that it is murder when a woman aborts the fetus in her womb.
"LIBERAL JACKASSES" don't want to admit the immorality of abortions. God created Man and Woman to Pro-Create to keep the World with human beings to His Grace and Mercy. ONLY God is the giver and taker of LIFE, NOT "LIBERAL JACKASSES".
Is abortion legal in all 50 states?
Specifically, abortion is legal in all U.S. states, and every state has at least one abortion clinic. However, individual states can regulate/limit the use of abortion or create "trigger laws", which would make abortion illegal within the first and second trimesters if Roe were overturned by the US Supreme Court.
How late is too late to have an abortion?
Medical abortions are only available up through nine weeks gestation. The types of abortion procedures performed during the first trimester are: Methotrexate & Misoprostol (MTX): a medical abortion procedure used up to the first seven weeks of pregnancy.
HELP OVERTURN ROE V WADE, AND "LIBERAL JACKASSES" WHOM CLAIM THAT IT SHOULD BE LEGAL!
James Comey may have leaked at least one classified memo to a friend shortly after he was fired as FBI director.
That’s an assessment from Senate Judiciary Committee chairman Chuck Grassley, who wrote a letter to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein on Wednesday demanding answers about the handling of memos that Comey wrote following his conversations with President Trump.
Grassley also pointed to past reporting that Comey gave four memos of his conversations with Trump to a friend, Columbia law professor Daniel Richman.
“If it’s true that Professor Richman had four of the seven memos, then in light of the fact that four of the seven memos the Committee reviewed are classified, it would appear that at least one memo the former FBI director gave Professor Richman contained classified information,” Grassley writes.
A U.S. Border Patrol agent was wounded after being struck by a bullet fired from Mexico, authorities said Wednesday.
The agent, whose name was not released, was shot from the Mexican side of the Rio Grande River near Brownsville where he was assigned to patrol it by boat, according to the Brownsville Herald.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection spokesperson Marcelino Medina said in the agent suffered a non-lethal injury from a caliber weapon after an assault from the Mexican side.
“On Tuesday, December 26, 2017, a Border Patrol Agent assigned to the Riverine Unit sustained a non-life threatening injury from a small caliber weapon resulting from an assault originating from the Mexican Riverbank,” Medina said. “The agent suffered a grazing wound to the back of his head as a result of the incident and has been medically evaluated and released.
